Assistant Management Couple

Lodge Manager
 

Need previous senior management experience. Preferably at 5-star level.  Looking for a good all-arounder, hands on with guests but strong management skills for team and business. Admin skills a must. Live in with small private house. Work cycle is 7 days off per month plus annual leave. Starting as soon as possible. 

Remote Reservations Agent

Management of all communication with guests. This is via email, WhatsApp, and telephone.

  • Take out-of-hour calls from existing guests who may have questions relating to the apartment.
  • Answering incoming office calls
  • Cleaning rota management. End-to-end management.
  • Creating systems to ensure properties are kept to the highest standard.
  • General administration office duties.
  • You will be trained to use our payment system, allowing you to take payments from future guests.
  • Managing complaints
  • Targets to be hit (e.g. get individual review scores up)
  • Creating a to-do list for the flats, e.g. missing items, or maintenance
  • Experience using Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor & Airbnb would be a big plus.

 

Dealbreaker

FGame Ranger

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Game Ranger to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guests with an unforgettable safari experience while ensuring the safety of both wildlife and visitors. FGSA level 1, 2 and 3 Rangers required. Trails guide qualifications would be an advantage but not essential for all positions. PDP and Code 10 License. Spa Therapist & Spa Manager

Senior Therapist (R12 000 Basic + commission on retail and treatments)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services, supervise junior staff, and contribute to the ongoing development of our clinical programs. The Senior Therapists key responsibilities will be to provide advanced therapeutic interventions to clients. Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations. Supervise and mentor junior therapists and interns. Maintain accurate clinical records and reports. Ensure ethical, professional, and organizational standards are upheld. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. The Senior Therapist must have relevant tertiary qualifications in Therapy. Must be registered with the appropriate professional body. The successful candidate will assist in managing staff, maintaining service standards, and driving overall spa performances. The Assistant Spa Manager will assist the Spa Manager with daily spa operations. Supervise and support spa therapists and reception staff. Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with minimum 3 years’ experience in housekeeping management. Must be polite, friendly and well organised with a strong personality. Must have a eye for detail. Must have grade 12 and be computer literate. Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable. ARH and or Trails qualification (Back up or lead) would be advantageous. A hospitalty qualification would be advantageous. Minimum 4 years as a Field Guide in a BIG 5 Reserve. Guest Relations / Administration Assistant: Mtric. 3 years Hotel or Hospitality diploma/degree is beneficial or similar hospitality qualification would be advantageous. Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position Or in a similar Lodge and/or Hotel related position. Sound Food & Beverage experience and service knowledge is highly beneficial.
