The assistant manager should be able to handle in camp issues and use initiative and work alone and well under pressure.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services, supervise junior staff, and contribute to the ongoing development of our clinical programs. The Senior Therapists key responsibilities will be to provide advanced therapeutic interventions to clients. Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations. Supervise and mentor junior therapists and interns. Maintain accurate clinical records and reports. Ensure ethical, professional, and organizational standards are upheld. Assistant Spa Manager (R15 000 Basic + commission on retail and treatments)
We are seeking a motivated end experience Assistant Spa Manager to support the daily operations of our spa and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will assist in managing staff, maintaining service standards, and driving overall spa performances. The Assistant Spa Manager will assist the Spa Manager with daily spa operations. Supervise and support spa therapists and reception staff. Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally. Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards. Assist with stock control, ordering, and basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate must have a qualification in Beauty Therapy, Somatology, or Spa Management. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a spa or wellness environment. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Must be customer-focused with a professional attitude. Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with minimum 3 years’ experience in housekeeping management. Must be polite, friendly and well organised with a strong personality. Must have a eye for detail. Must have grade 12 and be computer literate. Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible to train and motivate and manage all housekeeping staff. Assist with queries and guest complaints. Maintain and implement procedure to ensure the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel including outside areas, rooms and public areas. Daily meetings and handovers with staff, staff rostering and do monthly stock takes.
Urgently looking for a qualified Head Chef with 5 star lodge experience.
Must have 5 years head chef experience
Level 1 guide with a PDP and First Aid
Matric. Diploma in Culinary Art. At least 2 years experience in a bush environment. Must have own, reliable transport. Creative and up to date with culinary trends. Must be able to run the kitchen in the absence of the other Chef

ARH and or Trails qualification (Back up or lead) would be advantageous. A hospitalty qualification would be advantageous. Minimum 4 years as a Field Guide in a BIG 5 Reserve. Sound Food & Beverage and service knolwledge. Excellent staff management skills. Consistent in dealing with Stafff and Guest requirements.
Guest Relations / Administration Assistant: Mtric. 3 years Hotel or Hospitality diploma/degree is beneficial or similar hospitality qualification would be advantageous. Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position Or in a similar Lodge and/or Hotel related position. Sound Food & Beverage experience and service knowledge is highly beneficial. Excellent guest relations skills. Excellent staff management skills. Consistent in dealing with staff and guest requirements.
